It’s the most gloriously ghoulish time of the year, and what better way to celebrate it than with a spooktacular feast! What’s this? It’s #Burtoween!
This month we’re creating recipes inspired by Tim Burton’s creepy, quirky films. Nightmare Before Christmas Pudding? A nice tall glass of Beetlejuice? Edward Skewerhands? Big Fish and Chips? If it’s dark and delicious, it’s on the menu.
Check Fandom Foodies for upcoming themes, or to host your own!
How to participate
#Burtoween is open to anyone to share.
Create a recipe post (this can be on a blog, Tumblr, Instagram – anywhere you can type up a recipe with a photo) and share the link on the #Burtoween Link-Up below. Then share your creation on social media using the hashtag #Burtoween!
Note: The recipe post must be of your own creation (meaning don’t link-up to someone else’s recipe). If the food you made is an adaptation or variation from another source, make sure you give proper credit!
Alright, let’s eat!
